Version:           4.00.80 (KDE 4.0.80 >= 20080104) (using 4.00.80 (KDE 4.0.80 >= 20080104), compiled sources)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-rc8-gd8c89eb3

and scroll as page is loading.  Screen repaints, clears, repaints etc. until full page is loaded.

This may not be a bug, but rather as the build is 'debugfull', and thus renders slower.

This does not happens to me in a VirtualBox with kde 4.1.72 (svn trunk 882080).

No news from the bug reporter, closing. Please reopen this bug report if you experience the same bug again with a recent KDE (4.1.3 /4.2beta2 /4.2svn) . Thanks :)
