Version:           Window behaviour in Desktop (using KDE KDE 3.5.8)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages
Compiler:          gcc3 
OS:                Linux

When moving the mouse wheel over a title bar it happens to change application focus, no matter that it is not set in preferences. Althought "Nothing" is selected in "Actions over title bar" in "Window Behaviour" wheel mouse moves continues to swap applications.

PD: Probably the translation is not exactly correct because I'm using spanish version.

Works for me in KDE SC 4.3.90.
