Are you sure this bug is KDE-related at all? If this bug talks about Firefox (which is what I have to assume because it's the only hint to a program at all), then this is no KDE bug (Firefox has never been part of KDE), and you should report it to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ If this bug is indeed KDE-related, please tell which program you're talking about.
