Version: 1.4.6 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) OS: Linux Amarok can't count how many times i have played each song of WAV or FLAC file. I thing this is problem of any EAC file and it does't count scores to statistisc. Example: I have a WAV or FLAC file with ... 10 songs. I play 1. song, then 2. song. Then back to 1. song and i see that this song was played one time not two. To change that score i have to play other file (ex. some mp3 file) and try play again that WAV or FLAC file. Counting how many times i have played song is counting on files not songs. This is wrong.
First of all, what does EAC mean? > Counting how many times i have played song is counting on files not songs. I don't get this, how can a file not be a song? Actually please describe the problem more precise, I don't really understand the report.
Ok, mayby a wrote much complicated. With EAC (WAV,FLAC,WAVPACK,APE) we have one file. That file include a few songs. Example: We have a: "Metallica - ...And Justice for All.flac". There are 9 songs. We can't check (and count!) separately a score for 1. or 4. or 8. song, because in Amarok the score is related to a file, not a song. It does't matter we play 1., 3. or 9. song. Amarok will count [times played]+1 on file, not on songs.
Does this still happen in 1.4.9.1?
