in kontact akregator is not in the list of the component to select it or not for being in résumé

Not an akregator issue. Please select the Akregator part in the kontact configuration, or if it is not available there, install it first. If it still does not appear then this is more likely to be a issue for your distribution.

i don't see how this is a mandriva issue, how to have akregator on the Summary ?

There is no summary plugin yet, so this is a wish, not a bug (and we have a bug tracker item for that already).
