Version: 1.4.6 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages A rather minor, but nevertheless existing bug: Whenever I write an already existing label into the "add label" dialogue which is already existing there (why should I do that? - Because it is faster when having many labels), the label gets there added and activated so that there are then two labels e. g. called "Samba" where one is activated and the other is not. This is a really minor problem because the next time I open the label dialogue there is only one label called "Samba". But if a activate both of them, the file then has two same labels "Samba", "Samba".
I cannot reproduce it in 1.4.9.1 since I dont know what "add label" dialogue you are refering to. Unfortunatley or luckyly Amarok 1.4.x is in bugfix-only mode as development is focused on Amarok 2. Unfortunately your bug will very likely not get fixed, as the risk of regressions is too high and the Amarok developers do not have the resources for it. Thank you for your report though. Please don't hesitate to report new bugs should you have any problems with Amarok 2 once it is released.
yeah, this bug will be addressed if/when label support is added in A2
Closing correctly as Amarok 1.x is unmaintained since quite some time anyway.
