Version: 1.4.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages OS: Linux Hi all, (This is possibly related to #113020 but i can't say for sure) I have more than 20 carefully crafted playlists which all are stored in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/playlists correctly. However, the sidebar always shows only 13 at startup, and there's no quick way tgo access the others. (The number of course could be related to something arbitrary like font:window size.) Example steps: 1. Playlist -> Clear -> Add media -> (add a selection) name: 'Wicked' 2. Restart -> the last added playlist (or some eother?) is missing 3. Playlist -> CLear -> Add media -> (add the Wicked selection again) 4. Save playlist as 'Wicked' -> popup with Overwrite warning -> overwrite ok 5. 'Wicked' appears in the sidebar correctly. 6. Restart -> 'Wicked' (or some other?) is missing. What i would expect is that all my playlists are shown in the sidebar. Even after restart :)

Does this still affect you in the latest version of Amarok (1.4.9.1)? If so, please post some offending playlists. Note, playlists in Amarok2 are stored in a SQL database, so this is irrelevant to Amarok2.
Hello, With amarok 1.4.9.1, i can't see the bug anymore. However, i don't use playlists anymore (ATM) - necause of that issue i moved to filesystem folders. Thus, i set up a couple of playlists for testing, but will not set up as much as i had before. It still is configured to use SQLite but does not scan or monitor anything. I may switch back to pplaylists somewhere in the future but until then i fear i can't help much to clarify if the bug is gone. To me it's ok to remove it, i can file a new on if i ever stumble upon it again. Thanks for the great player, anyway, it's really one of the linux multimedia jewels.
Thank you for letting us know. I will close the bug. If you still have problems with this please reopen this bug. Thank you.
