Description Michitomo Nakahara 2007-03-19 11:31:46 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

STEPS
  0. enable translucency support and restart KDE
  1. start xvkbd
  2. move the window by dragging
  3. after moving, the window gets transparent
happens always

xvkbd seems get transparent automatically when it just launched.
(shown by clicking menu button and see the value of opacity)

seems related to bug #118062

KDE4 will include different compositing support in KWin instead of Kompmgr and I don't expect this problem to be fixed for KDE3 by now, sorry. Closing.
