Version: 1.4.5 (using KDE 3.5.5, Kubuntu (edgy) 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu3.1) Compiler: Target: x86_64-linux-gnu OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.17-10-generic I had a playlist consisting of local tracks and an internet radio stream (radioparadise.com). The playlist fields of the stream entry held the last song I heard the day before -- they normally update in place when I use the stream. I double clicked the stream to start it. Before any music (before response? before buffering finished?), I changed my mind and double clicked the local track above it. The local track played, but the playlist fields of the local track were over-written with entries from the radio stream. That is, I now have in my playlist an item that says it's a song from radioparadise.com but plays my local track. The incorrect playlist data also shows up in the translucent popup and when I dwell over the tray icon.
Comment from KDE Bugsquad member: Amarok 1.4.x is in bugfix-only mode as development is focused on Amarok 2. Unfortunately your bug will very likely not get fixed, as the risk of regressions is too high and the Amarok developers do not have the resources for it. Thank you for your report though. Please don't hesitate to report new bugs should you have any problems with Amarok 2 once it is released.
