Description Frederik Schwarzer 2007-03-03 02:56:15 UTC
Version: 1.4.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

When I change the database system for my collection, I have to restart amarok for the dynamic mode to be aware of the new system. In my case the new collection has way fewer songs than the old one, and the dynamic playlist kept playing songs from the old collection. Shutting the dynamic mode off and restarting it didn't work, so I restartet amarok completely, what worked for me. I think there should be some kind of notification for this need or the dynamic mode should be aware of the changed collection.

Tried to replicate it in 1.4.9.1 without any luck. Probably got fixed.

However, even if not, amarok 1.4 is currently in feature freeze, so I guess it will not be fixed there.

Thank you for your report, please come back if you have any issues with amarok 2.
