Description Tais P. Hansen 2007-02-19 12:22:05 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 3.4.6
OS: Linux

Go to http://www.postnuke.com/module-pages-display-pid-4.html and try to select the first paragraph of text; "PostNuke is software [...] web browser."

Everytime the cursor is between lines or right of the last word in the paragraph, the selection of the text disappears and instead parts of the right image seems to be selected.

I see the same with svn r635k. I don't really understand what's happening. Would you be able to produce a stripped-down version of the HTML code of that page to demonstrate exactly where the problem is occurring?

Comment 3 Tais P. Hansen 2007-02-21 16:21:52 UTC
I noticed that if you start the selection in the middle of the paragraph, the selection goes backwards and selects the image when in between lines.

Nice testcase - thanks. I see exactly the behaviour you describe.
Comment 5 Michael Leupold 2008-04-20 20:23:00 UTC
This is still reproducible in 3.5.9 and trunk r798768.
Comment 6 Samuel Brack 2011-01-09 22:55:47 UTC
Confirmed in 4.5.4, updating version.
