Version:           3.4.2 (using KDE 3.4.2 Level "b" , SUSE 10.0)
Compiler:          Target: i586-suse-linux
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15-default

In file manager mode open a long file then press scroll down arrow, while left mouse button is down press right mouse button then release left mouse button.
It will cause auto scroll down the document and down scroll button remain pressed and if you scroll up again it will goes down again without clicking on scroll down button

The right button in the scrollbars in kde4 has changed, now there is a menu.
I can not reproduce this bug in kde4 svn trunk r813735

yes the behaviour is different in kde4 and so i cant reproduce, sadly there is no time to fix all the kde3 bugs, so ill close this with later
