Description Terrel Woolbright 2006-12-27 07:47:34 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

When I plug in a USB memory stick, I get this error:

A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient, see message bus configuration file (rejected message had interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" member "Mount" error name "(unset)" destination "org.freedesktop.Hal")

This just started after a recent system upgrade.

This is a system configuration problem (probably related toHAL), not a KDE one.
