Description greatbunzinni 2006-11-04 10:53:28 UTC
Version: 1.2.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu RPMs
OS: Linux

Akregator isn't able to list the article headers or open any article although the feeds tree shows that there are unread articles. This happens whenever I fetch new feeds.

You mean that the list is not updated correctly after feeds are fetched? Does it help to select another feed and going back? Maybe you have whitespace (some spaces but no letters) in the search bar?

Lol Well Frank, you hit the nail in the head. The search bar had a word in it and so it was filtering the newsfeeds. Case solved. How humiliating :o)

But there is one thing that I don't get. How come is the text present in search field saved and restored on the next akregator session? Is there really a need for that?
