I check the file :~/.kde/share/apps/akregator/sites.xml and all of them are there. So it's a little bit strange to not have the others.
Which 4 feeds do you have left? Custom feeds or Akregator's default feeds (KDE-related feeds) You have to check for feeds.opml, it's the file where the feed list is stored. sites.xml is unimportant. You could first check if there are backups of feeds.opml in the data/ folder you can restore (if you do not have own backups). If not, try to move feeds.opml somewhere else and restart Akregator.
We use KSaveFile now so half-written and thus corrupted feed list shouldn't happen anymore. Please reopen with the requested information if you still have such issues with akregator KDE-PIM >= 4.1.3.
