I just tried to submit/sent a wish using the function given in kmymoney2. Once I said sent I did get that error:

The form can't be sent
The server says "553, sorry your sender is not liked.

This is a problem between KDE and your internet service provider and not specifc to KMyMoney.

Please use your regular e-mail client and send mail to kmymoney2-developer@lists.sourceforge.net or post a feature request on http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=4708&atid=354708
