Description richlv 2006-09-28 13:09:38 UTC
Version: svn 589527 (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: Slackware Packages
OS: Linux

mark two directories as a part of the collection, add some files in them.
unmark one of these directories, perform an incremental scan. the unmarked directory still is scanned for files.

the directory is being removed from amarok rc and the behaviour is also reproducible after a restart of amarok.
to make the behaviour more visible, directories on separate devices can be used.

also with opensuse packages from packman i see the same behaviour (amarok-1.4.7-111.pm.4). not only former included directories are scanned also never included dirs are scanned during collectiopn process (e.g. under /home/$user and /mnt).
Comment 2 Thomas Kamps 2008-06-15 13:47:58 UTC
Can not confirm in 1.4.9.1 2.0-svn
Comment 3 Lydia Pintscher 2008-06-15 13:58:03 UTC
Marking as fixed based on Thomas' comment.
