Description Mike Perik 2006-09-15 20:57:17 UTC
Version: 3.5.2 (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

When accessing the Yahoo! Mail Beta web page a dialog with the title "us.f503.mail.yahoo.com - JavaScript - Konqueror" and the message in the dialog is "In Yahoo! Mail Beta, to view a message in a different language encoding, click
"More Actions" -> "Set Encodings", and choose your desired encoding." pops up over and over.

I can't do anything else. Every time I click on 'Ok' another dialog box pops up.

The url of the site is: us.f503.mail.yahoo.com

You may need a Yahoo Mail account to actually see the problem.

That loop should be fixed in 3.5.4 (I think), please try updating. The website still wouldn't work, though, since we still lack some of the non-standard Mozillaisms they are relying on. Likely the earliest version to support that stuff will be 4.0. Sorry.

Using KDE 4.1 (beta from trunk) the new yahoo webmail doesn't work.
The classic interface work a bit better, anyway is not fully functional.
