Description Keegan Carruthers-Smith 2006-08-04 19:58:43 UTC
Version: 1.2.4 (using KDE 3.5.4, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.4 (Gentoo 3.4.4-r1, ssp-3.4.4-1.0, pie-8.7.8)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.16-suspend2-r8

I am using the akregator that comes with kde 3.5.4
Everytime I startup slashdot will have 62 unread articles that are empty and are dated 01/01/1970 02:00
I am using the feed http://rss.slashdot.org/Slashdot/slashdot
I have tried deleting and adding the slashdot feed again, but this does not fix the problem.

try to delete ~/.kde/share/apps/akregator/Archive/*slashdot.org*/ (backup before if you want to keep the archive).

I actually tried that yesterday, and it works. I also deleted some of the index files in there.
