Description Stephan Sokolow 2006-07-17 01:56:05 UTC
Version: 1.2.2 (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 3.4.5 (Gentoo 3.4.5-r1, ssp-3.4.5-1.0, pie-8.7.9)
OS: Linux

Opening the Article menu and choosing 'Send Link Address' often has no effect.

Indeed, this half-way implemented feature only works if you have an internal page viewer open... needs to be extended to work as expected with the article list.

I vote for this, since until I found this post I was certain, that the sending does not work at all. (Only tried it from the article list)

Fixed this, apparently BUG: doesn't work currently, so pasting the commit message:

make article -> send link address and send file work for the articlelist selections.
this commit also makes it work correctly, current behaviour is this:
- the title of the mail is set to the title of the article/webpage always.
- the link is appended to the body of the message when send link address is selected.
- the linked webpage gets attached to the mail when send file is selected.

may I backport this?
