Version: 3.5.3 (using KDE 3.5.3, compiled sources) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.17.1 I see numerous bugs, but could not find a simple and clear example like I have here: (end-of ) doesn't do what it should if it isn't followed by a newline, which is considered a silent/whitespace character in normal HTML iirc? I will add some php code to demonstrates the bug. Make sure to have an image at hand with width so that 20 of them are wider than konqueror's width (I suggest 100x100 or so). The following example will not break, but extend the page (using horizontal scrollbar): <? // example 1 for ($i=0; $i<20; $i++) echo "glued"; ?> To be clear: this is unexpected behavior. This example (notice the \n after ) will break the line like expected: <? // example 2 for ($i=0; $i<20; $i++) echo "glued\n"; ?> This is expected behaviour.
works in KDE 4.6.4
