Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2) Installed from: SuSE RPMs I guess you can only reproduce it using trackpoint -- it is not technical issue, but I doubt you can get steady movement using touchpad, mouse, or trackball. Let's say I have 10 links (with tag open in new tab) in a row or column. Now, I move through all of them, and not stopping for a second, when the mouse cursor is over a link, I click on it (but still moving). Konqueror cannot handle this reliably -- sometimes it manages to open 10 tabs, sometimes 9. The record I saw was only 3 tabs opened. If instead I click like this: move-stop-click-move-stop... the Konqueror does this without an error.
Works for me on Ubuntu 8.04 with KDE 4.0.3. I tried it a few times (3) and it worked as expected all the times.
To Maciej Can you give some information on how often the bugged behaviour is seen? Eg. how often can you reproduce it? (every time, almost every time, 1 in 10 times, seldom, ...)
Hnerik, rather often but since you say you cannot reproduce it maybe I close this report for now, and if I could reproduce it using KDE4, I will reopen it, ok?
