Open http://www.howtoforge.com/automate_spamcop_submissions or http://pravda.com.ua/ and see text and images overlap. Does not occur with Firefox or IE.

Cannot reproduce, konqueror 3.5.6-25.2

Unable to reproduce in 4.0.3 and 3.5.7 - this can be closed.

Works fine here too using 3.5.9. closing.
