Description Johannes Jowereit 2006-05-09 15:54:45 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

You can reproduce this bug with the following steps:

(Note: I have single-click behaviour enabled.)

- Select a file in Konqueror (when the files are displayed as icons).
- Select another file by drawing a rectangle round it with the mouse
- Press F2 to rename this file
- After having hit Enter to finish renaming, hit Enter a second time.
- Not the renamed file is opened, but the one you selected before!

Comment 3 Johannes Jowereit 2007-08-16 21:04:00 UTC
I can still confirm that for KDE 3.5.7.
Comment 4 FiNeX 2008-05-06 10:47:59 UTC
On 3.5.9 it is the same.
Comment 5 FiNeX 2008-05-06 13:36:04 UTC
Ok konqueror 4 (dolphin_part) this behaviour has been fixed.
Comment 6 Médéric Boquien 2008-05-10 16:35:59 UTC
I confirm it now works in KDE svn trunk (r806088) and i close it as WORKSFORME.
Comment 7 FiNeX 2008-05-11 00:34:25 UTC
@Médéric: on 3.5.9 the bug has not been fixed. Did you close this bug report because it will not be fixed on 3.5?
Comment 8 A. Spehr 2008-05-13 05:37:20 UTC
I doubt this would get backported, being rather minor.
