On page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Special_relativity
the border around the text vanishes when scrolled down a lot. Firefox shows all of the border. I will attach a snapshot.

It depends on font size. Small fonts -> works, medium size -> doesn't.

Tested in 4.0.3 and bug is no longer present. Tried test page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Special_relativity and viewed with font scaled as large as it will go but border was still ok all the way down the page.

I've seen this many times with Konqueror 3.5.x, but it seems to be fixed in 4.2.0, I couldn't reproduce it on the suggested page.
