How to test:

Open an article in tab.
Right click on the toolbar and select 'Configure Toolbars...'
Select main ToolBar <pageviewer>
Add a button (eg Find) and click OK.  
The icon appears in the right pane of the configuration window but is not added 
to the toolbar.

Works since 4.1.
