Description Hasso Tepper 2006-03-03 12:49:46 UTC
Version: 3.5.1 (using KDE 3.5.1, compiled sources)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.15-ck4

Browser error messages with umlauts don't appear correctly in Konqueror with 8 bit locales (I'm using et_EE.iso8859-15), no problem with UTF8 locales.

Screenshot to illustrate the problem.

Correct string should be "Ühendus serverisse www.network.com, port 80".

it works for me in kde4 trunk 20080430 , in spanish, it shows operación and máquina with tildes in the correct way.

Closing due to "worksforme" (thx Jtamate) and "no feedback since two years" :-)
