Version:           1.1.3 (using KDE 3.4.3, Debian Package 4:3.4.3-2 (testing/unstable))
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.14-2-k7

When there is a lot of new feeds, that's tough to read everything when the popup pops. Thus if the time of appearance of the popup was a function of the number of new feeds, that will be easier.
