Version: 3.5 (using KDE 3.5.0 Level "a" , SUSE 10.0 UNSUPPORTED) Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.13-15-athlon-preempt The menus don't work on the web site http://www.fremonttoyota.com/en_US/ The menus appear though are finicky in Firefox but can be used.
Created attachment 13945 [details] archive of problematic web page
I might add that the menus don't work on Opera either. I also tried changing the browser identifier to Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE 5.5 and IE 6.0. When I choose IE the menus do appear, only as white boxes and under the menu item to the left. I don't know if this web site should be given much priority since although it works, it is very problematic in Firefox 1.5. Grrrr, damned IE only web sites.
The funky part is that the JS on the menus actually seems to work, but all it does is change a className property, so it's more like a rendering/CSS thing
Verified on 3.5.5, this site is definately broken based on the attachement. Interestingly the original site has moved to a completely flash based site now. The attachement is a tar.gz of the site (missing a file though) and it completely fails to work as Maksim states. The JS works, but no menus.
Actually the website is back to a JS menu which is working on KDE 4.0.3. The page on the attachment is completely broken on both KDE 3.5.8 and 4.0.3.
Message from the Bugsquad and Konqueror teams: This bug is closed as outdated, as we do not have the manpower to maintain the KDE3 version anymore. If you still can reproduce this issue with Konqueror 4.8.4 or later, please open a new report. Thank you for your understanding.
