Version: 1.1.1 (using KDE KDE 3.4.1) Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages Compiler: gcc 3.6 for ppc OS: Linux My first bug report so I hope I do this right :-) I am running KDE 3.4.1 with akregator 1.1.1 on Kubuntu for ppc. I have a number of feeds specified in akregator to download at different times. Whenever the program downloads new feeds, it will often create unread stories in that feed that I have already read and marked as read. I am not sure if akregator is downloading "new" feeds that I have already read or if it is marking the feeds that I have marked as read to now be unread. For example, I will read a number of stories on my slashdot feed and then 30 minutes later I will have a bunch of those stories marked as unread. Great program and I hope that this report helps!
Thanks for reporting, this was because the article was set to unread when the comments count in the article changed. Something that happens all the time at ./... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 106345 ***
Forgot to mention: this is fixed in 3.4.2.
Thanks. Good work.
