Version: 1.1.1 (using KDE KDE 3.4.1) Installed from: Gentoo Packages Compiler: gcc 3.3.5 gcc version 3.3.5-20050130 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.5.20050130-r1, ssp-3.3.5.20050130-1, pie-8.7.7.1) OS: Linux I subscribed to a feed (websvn to be exact) which is ssl encrypted and also requires a username and password. It works perfectly except for each time I read a story in the feed it adds a new lock icon to the bottom status bar. To reproduce I click on a new article and click "Complete Story" which opens a new tab with the complete story. At this point it adds a new lock to the task bar. I suppose this would be fine if when I closed the tab the lock went away but I can close all the tabs and go view a completely different feed that is not encrypted and the locks never go away. The only way to remove them seems to be to restart the application.
Created attachment 11946 [details] full window screenshot of akregator with 6 lock icons displayed
