Version:           3.4.0 (using KDE 3.4.0, Gentoo)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5-20050130 (Gentoo 3.3.5.20050130-r1, ssp-3.3.5.20050130-1, pie-8.7.7.1)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.11-gentoo-ck1

I've set the KDE general font to have an italic style (I chose URW Palladio). Now Konqueror displays all web pages with italic fonts. I can still change the font used for web page rendering, but they are allways italic.

Bug confirmed even on KDE 4.

There hasn't been any activity on this issue for some time. Please check if this issue is still valid for Konqueror 4.8.4 or later and update the version field accordingly.
