Version: Konqueror v3.2.3 (Using KDE 3.2.3) (using KDE KDE 3.2.3) Installed from: Mandrake RPMs Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5) Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/3.2.2/specsConfigured with: ../configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --enable-shared --enable-threads=posix --disable-checking --with-system-zlib --enable-__cxa_atexit --host=i386-redhat-linuxThread model: posix OS: Linux When using the embed tag with an audio file the LOOP attribute is being ignored. When LOOP=TRUE or LOOP="-1" the sound should be repeating forever. When LOOP=3 it should be looped 3 times(i.e. played a total of 4 times) however neither is occuring, instead it just plays the audio file once. I wrote a testcase here using LOOP="TRUE": http://selah.pointclark.net/embed_tag.htm
In Konqueror 3.5.5 Audiofile is still played 1 time instead of 4 times.
Confirmed Konqueror 3.5.5 on Kubuntu 6.10. Audio file is played only once then stops.
Testcase available at http://www.mutube.com/x/kde/bug105327.html (apologies for making you listen to the UK national anthem, shortest sample I could find). Correct looping behaviour is seen in KDE4.0.3, whats the situation on 3.5.9? Thanks.
On 3.5.9 it's still looping only once.
As this bug is fixed in recent releases it's being closed. Setting it to LATER because it does qualify for backporting to the 3.x branch.
