Version: 3.4.0 (using KDE 3.4.0 Level "b" , SUSE 9.2 UNSUPPORTED) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.4 (pre 3.3.5 20040809) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.8-24.14-default http://www.betapower.net/ validates as valid xhtml 1.1, and the css is also valid, but the links on the left side of the page don't work (are not clickable) in konqueror, but firefox works ok... whats going on there?
Odd this is the active CSS for the links. I wonder how much is needed to reproduce the problem: a:link.boxed, a:visited.boxed {font: bold 11px/1.5em verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #ffffff; background-color: #5555aa; display: block; border-color: #5555ac; border-width: 2px; border-style: solid; border-bottom: none; border-left: none; border-right: none; text-decoration: none;} a:active.boxed, a:hover.boxed {color: #fff; background-color: #449;}
additional info: i found that the _first_ link that uses the class="boxed" works, but only the first (topmost) one... and the box around it is not the same as the active area; the active area (where the mouse pointer changes and a click actually activates the link) is much smaller than the box.
Created attachment 24426 [details] testcase I've attempted to construct a test-case from archive.org copy of the web site described, but I'm not entirely certain that the testcase contains everything necessary to illustrate the bug. If the testcase is correct, it seems the bug is fixed in svn trunk r795406 and 3.5.9.
Is there any news on this bug? The last info is quite old and I can't reproduce it. If this bug exists, can anyone still confirm the wrong behaviour?
can't be reproduced anymore... besides, I stopped using konqueror when konqueror stopped supporting SSL certificate management with introduction of kde4.
