If a feed does not get loaded (e.g. shows the "broken" icon) it would be useful to see why this happened (file not found, server not found, xml parsing errors etc.).
At the moment, this means opening the feed properties, copying the feed URL and pasting it to Konqueror.

This info could perhaps be displayed as a tool-tip.
