Installed from:    RedHat RPMs

Open kcontrol help system, navigate to "application manuals" -> "preferences" -> "settings - modules" -> "peripherals" -> "Display".  Result is a page not found error every time:
The requested help file could not be found. Check that you have installed the documentation.

This is a full install from FC3 on i686 platform.  KDE version 3.3.1-2.6.FC3 RedHat; Release 2.6.10-1.760_FC3.  Full install, and all updates applied using DVD image.  No additional source files added, only binaries.

Same on svn r628k. The documentation is missing

I have added this documentation in trunk, but for some reason BUG: didn't close this as it should in the commit.
