Version:           0.14 (using KDE 3.3.1,  (3.1))

The description should be pretty self explanatory.

The option "show channel topic" is disabled.  But when new tabs (channels) are opened the topic textbox is visable.

When it is re-disbabled (checked,unchecked,apply) then they are removed again.
