This bug occurs from a long time, with a lot of versions of KDE. When I try to open a file (for example, try to change the screen background), if I select the Icon View (or single view) in the window to choose the file, when I push up or down arrows sometimes the selector jumps some files, making it unusable.

I think some day I've seen this bug in the list but now I can't find it, and because the bug still exists I write it again. I don't know if this section the correct one for this bug, I'm sorry.
