However there are not problem with internet, dns resolving or other pages.

DNS problem at DBS.com's DNS server. There's nothing we can do.

They drop the AAAA queries. Someone should lock the DNS admin for the site in a room full of RFCs and only let him out when he's read and understood each and everyone of them.
