Same bug in kdepim/kioslaves[1] also hits kdebase which effects konqueror.

locale patch for kdebase/kioslave/imap4

Patch sets the locale to "C" before case-convertion of imap keywords.

a locale-independent kstricmp function

Instead of changing the locale to C and back in kde-devel list David Faure
offered a locale-independent 'kstricmp' function which I think is a better
solution.

kdebase no longer has an imap4 ioslave. I'm going to close the bug.
