Description lukasz 2004-11-11 19:51:06 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: Unspecified Linux
OS: Linux

when I click on krandrtray icon in systray, context menu appeares, when I can choose resolution, refresh rate or quit.

The problem is that "quit" action is located to close to bottom, overlapped on the kicker, usually in place where mouse cursor initiates menu.

So if user click on the menu, and release mouse left button, "quit" action will be selected, and krandrtray app fill finish.

I think the solution could be to move whole menu up outside kicker, or make quit action insensitive for mouse left button release event without preceeding mouse left button press or mouse move event.

I doubt if it should be marked as duplicate of 76324 bug.

76324 is about general problem with menus, this is about specific problem, which can be easy solved without solving 76324.
