Description Peter Reinhart 2004-10-28 16:45:23 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

When an e-mail that contains no timestamp is forwarded, the quoted e-mail's timestamp is January 1, 1970, 00:00.

It would be more appropriate to clearly say "unknown" or to not forward the timestamp line at all.

I tried reproducing this by editing one of the messages in my maildir to contain no date. Forwarding it (inline and attached) didn't add a date, so I guess no date is added in that case. This bug is no longer reproducible on trunk r881868.
