Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

It would be nice if you could rigt-click the day number (e.g. the 20 in the box for October 20) to bring up the New Todo/New Event popup menu.

The reason this would be good is that, if you are displaying ToDo's or Events on the monthly view, and you have enough items to fillup that day's box on the monthly calendar (this happens a lot of times on a notebook screen, where at most you can only fit six items in the box), then you have no way to right-click inside that day box to bring up the menu. The reason of course is because any place that you right-click will be over one of the items in that box already, and you'll get the appropriate property menu for that item.

However, this would be solved if one could right-click the day number, which is the only place that's guaranteed to be available for right-clicking in this situation.

Bug 131417, which requests adding a context menu to the date navigator, is an alternative way to resolve the problem of a full day in the month view.

New monthview always has available space for right click, in day header or between items if you are a sharpshooter.
