Description Dmitriy Kropivnitskiy 2004-08-12 17:53:55 UTC
Version: 0.8.3 (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: Slackware Packages
Compiler: GCC 3.4.1 KDE was not compiled on my system
OS: Linux

If the directory used to save the last download is missing (in my case it was on a mounted USB device, but I suspect that a deleted directory would also work), kget refuses to save any downloads and doesn't provide a Save As... dialog.

I cannot confirm this. When I delete a directory, kget opens the save as dialog in the next folder above. When I unmount the partition, it offers the directory the partition was mounted in. I don't have an USB device, so I have to leave this as unconfirmed for now.
