past KDE 3.3 issue:

The handbook and the tipps of the day are outdated. We need to update them
before the next release happens. Also, we should update the screenshots with
the correct theme.

tip of the day file is updated (more tips always welcome).

Sven Bauhan svenbauhan@web .de said he might update the handbook

Riddell says the handbook has been updated, so this bug should be resolved. If you can find any further issues please open a bug report with specific errors.
