Description otto06217 2004-07-12 22:12:59 UTC
Version: 1.01 (using KDE 3.2.91 (3.3 beta1), SuSE)
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 (SuSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.5-7.95-default

I miss a feature
- I wish to control the ripping process, e.g. CD paranoia mode, normalize, using external tools, e.g. cdparanoia

Well KAudioCreator uses the kioslave audiocd to rip the data from the cd's. Audiocd in turn uses cdparanoia. Anything that the audiocd configuration doesn't offer that you would want?

Changing to REMIND so reporter can re-open the bug with more information when they have the time as the ioslave kcontrol dialog may provide what is looked for.
