application-(kde system guard) started from Control Esc buttons in user mode, on KDE desktop

Would like...
button or selection from File menu drop-down-list to select super user password entry. ====1st preference.

 or when access insufficient access to kill task pop-up su box for password. ==== 2nd preference.
