Description Darryl Luff 2004-06-03 12:46:27 UTC
Version: 4.4.1 (using KDE 3.2.2, (testing/unstable))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.3 (Debian 20040401)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.5

Distribution: Debian testing/unstable

Description of Problem:
The Avantgo conduit was working fine for me before the update to kpilot 3.2.2-2 (around 6th May). Now, the conduit runs but exits straight away without downloading content.

All other conduits seem to work. These are configured:
-Addressbook
-KOrganizer Calender
-KOrganizer TODOs
-Kroupware
-MAL
-Time Synchrionization.

Conduit is configured to run at every sync. I am not using a proxy.

Sync log includes these entries:
19:42:06 [Conduit mal_conduit]
19:42:06 Running with flags:
19:42:06 [Conduit time_conduit]
...

Additional Information:
Running 'malsync' from the command line does work.

Platform shows up above as 'unspecified'. Its:
$ uname -a
Linux dad 2.6.5 #1 Sun May 30 22:00:08 EST 2004 i686 GNU/Linux

Same problem was present on 2.4 kernel.

Darryl, is this bug still present in a newer version of kpilot? I use this now and then and don't recall any problems.
Comment 3 Darryl Luff 2005-04-02 12:39:02 UTC
I cannot confirm this any more. I have gone back to jpilot due to a few other problems. So I guess if no-one else has noticed it maybe it was just me, and can probably be closed!

Sounds good. Closing as worksforme. =:)

Thanks Darryl and Tom!! =:)
