Description Alexander Rødseth 2004-05-07 15:27:57 UTC
Version: 1.3.2 (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

It would be nice if a box, similar to the width&height popup, could show the console-number/name to the console-tab I was switching to, every time I did so.

That's what the tab titles are for. :-) I could see a reason for this if you had the tabs hidden. Although it seem to be duplicating code.

I always use a fullscreen console, without titles, borders or tabs. Heck, I even have a hotkey for running a script that resizes Konsole so that the ugly handles get hidden above and under the viewable screenspace. (It's impossible to turn of, but that's another bugraport).

It's not a big deal, but it would make Konsole a better application for fullscreen addicts like myself. :-)

If I can do it in 3-4 lines, perhaps. The popup window for the resize-hint is 30+ lines... which is too much for such a simple thing.
