Version:           3.0.2 (using KDE 3.1.4)
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB-athlon

If I go to the "flyout" menu of the documentation "back" button, and pick a certain entry KDevelop (3.0.2) shows me the entry which is the neighbour of the picked one. 
maybe an index problem of accessing the list.

Fixed in HEAD.
